Where to publish engineering research data?

"I am looking for a research data repository where I can publish my engineering research data simultaneously with my research results. Is there such an infrastructure?"

Knowing that this is currently a test system, but: Have you already tried the Data Collections Explorer [https://rxp.datamanager.kit.edu/] to find various repositories where you can find as well as publish your engineering data? It's a great overview that I can highly recommend!

As of now, there are no specific engineering repositories afaik
